Warm Weather Plumbing & Money Saving Tips

üLeaving for vacation? Be sure to turn down the temperature on your hot water tank. It will save you money.

üHose leak? Check your hose for leaks – a little water drip if left unrepaired, can add up financially.

üSewer line back up/clog – Rainfall and warmer temperatures promote tree root growth which can cause major issues. If you notice, for example, your shower drain gurgling or backing up after flushing the toilet, contact a professional plumber. You may have a backup or partial blockage in your sewer line.

üAirconditioner maintenance – replace your filter every 6 months or so and inspect/clean the drain. A drain left unattended can cause mold to grow and gasses to enter your home – neither are safe for air quality
